Products

Many of our products are personalised and made to order using the details chosen by yourself.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

spelling of names is correct
dates and messages are accurate
selected appearance options are correct
uploaded photos are suitable quality

We cannot accept responsibility for customer input errors once an order has been placed.

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing processes.

Order Acceptance

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

incorrect information has been provided
there is an issue with payment authorisation
a product becomes unavailable
an obvious pricing error has occurred

If this happens, you will be notified and refunded where applicable.

Production Times

Our personalised items are made to order and typically have a production time of 1–2 working days. This is separate from delivery time.

During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

Draft Approvals (Where Applicable)

For some products, we may send a preview or draft before printing.

If a response is not received within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to proceed with production using the details provided at checkout to avoid dispatch delays.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has been selected.

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party postal providers and is outside our direct control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

postal services
customs processing
incorrect addresses provided at checkout
busy seasonal periods

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct before completing checkout.

Personalised Items

As our personalised items are made specifically to your requirements, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns for non-personalised items are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Personalised items are exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
