General FAQ's
What is your return policy?
As our items are personalised and made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns. We are committed to delivering high-quality prints and gifts that meet your expectations so if there are any issues with your order please don’t hesitate to drop us a message.
Do you accept cancellations?
Due to the customised nature of our products we are unable to accept cancellations once the order has been purchased as we will begin production of your order immediately. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this policy.
My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. To expedite the resolution process, please kindly provide photographs showing the damaged packaging and product. Once we receive this information, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, of course! The option of adding a gift message can be found in your basket, when checking out.
Are your personalised prints framed?
At Archie and Bear, we offer the option of receiving your prints either framed or unframed. Choose the style that suits your preferences and needs when ordering.
Please Note: The acrylic front of the frame will arrive with a protective film applied to both sides. This film helps prevent damage during transit. Please remember to peel the protective layer off before displaying your print to reveal the clear acrylic underneath.
I want to personalise an item more than the options shown, is this possible?
If you'd like to further personalise an item, please drop us a message here with your idea's and we will do our best to help you out where possible.
Shipping Information
Production Times
Our personalised items are made to order and typically have a production time of 1–2 working days. This is in addition to delivery times.
We always do our very best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, as our products are carefully produced in-house, there may occasionally be slight delays during busier periods.
UK Orders
Please be aware that the delivery time frames provided below are estimates from the Royal Mail. During busy periods, delivery may take longer than anticipated.
All UK postage is sent with a tracked service so you can follow your order's journey right to your door:
- Royal Mail 24: (est) 1-2 business days
- Next Day Delivery: Next business day
Next Day Delivery is the only service that guarantees a specific delivery date.
Next Day delivery orders that are placed before 12:00pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.
Next Day Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day.
Next Day Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
International Orders
The shipping time for international orders depends on customs procedures and the local postal service in each country.
The Royal Mail estimates an international delivery time frame of:
- 3-5 Days from dispatch for Ireland
- 5-7 Days from dispatch for European Countries
- 7-10 Days from disptach for the rest of the world
Please note that this may vary slightly from country to country and is subject to change.
Rest assured that all international orders are sent with a fully tracked service, allowing you to track the package’s journey right to your doorstep!
Customs and Imports
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order, according to their local law and import regulations.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by customs procedures.
Can I have different delivery address for different items in my order?
Each order can only be sent to one delivery address. If you would like items sent to different addresses, please place a separate order for each location and we’ll take care of the rest.
